In 2002, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) embarked on a National Alliance initiative by choosing the best firms in the markets where C&W did not maintain a presence. In December 2004, we were selected to become their Alliance Member. Thus, through Property Concepts Commercial, C&W is the only world class global real estate service firm with an office and license in Puerto Rico. As such Property Concepts Commercial’s clients not only benefit from the local market expertise our team provides but also from C&W corporate capabilities.
